Refund policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded. We still want you to be satisfied:

• File problem: if a file won't open, is corrupted, or doesn't match its description, email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix it or refund you in full.
• Calculation error: if you find a formula error, tell us. We'll correct it, send you the update, and refund you if you ask.
• Duplicate purchase: refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
