Terms of sale and use

1. What you buy

A license to download and use the digital file(s) described on the product page. No physical item ships.

2. License

Single user, unlimited projects. You may use the files in your own work, including work for clients, and print the checklists as needed. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the files or substantial parts of them. Firm-wide licenses are available on request.

3. Educational helper tools; no professional services

The products are educational calculation aids and templates. They are not engineering, design, inspection or legal services, and no one has reviewed your project. You are responsible for your inputs, for selecting the correct code edition adopted by your authority having jurisdiction, for manufacturer data, and for having results reviewed by a qualified professional where required.

4. No warranty

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

6. Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars. We collect sales tax or VAT where we are legally required to; where we are not, none is added.

7. Updates

We may correct or improve files. Buyers can request the latest version of a product they bought.

8. Trademarks

NFPA and NFPA standard names are trademarks of the National Fire Protection Association. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NFPA, and our products contain no NFPA text.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
